Founded in
1995, SecondLevel has evolved into looking after the online needs
of small to medium size enterprises. Looking back, our
original mission
was to assist service based businesses focus on their customer
service levels at the front line (storefront) level. In 1998 we
began to realize opportunities for enhancing these same service
levels and focusing on clients needs through technology - specifically
the evolving Internet.
We
felt in an increasingly competitive marketplace the need to speak
to clients through various mediums would present new opportunities
to enhance visibility. Bottom lines could also be affected if
the online presence was managed properly.
Having
consulted with dozens of businesses of varying sizes, it became
apparent that the marketplace was lacking a company with the ability
to handle an Internet presence from A through Z. In other words,
there was nowhere for these businesses to turn in order to help
them establish and subsequently manage their entire Web presence.
